V02max, Jump Tests, Anaerobic Threshold, Agility, Strength tests and more. We will put together a specific series of fitness tests that meet your sport requirements.

Team Training

We conduct strength and conditioning sessions for a variety of sport teams. We specialize in endurance conditioning and hockey, but are capable of putting together programs for other sports.
