An assessment are a minimum of 60 min. They include a  minimum of a health history, exercise history, posture analysis and movement screens. We will then provide you with a treatment plan. Assessment rates start at $80 and are sometimes covered by ICBC or disability claims.

We offer a wide variety of services therefore rates vary depend on the number purchased and type of service selected. These will be discussed during the assessment.

An initial assessment is important because it helps us provide you with the appropriate exercise program.
